I've
been dealing with Phil for nearly 20 years, I can say all the
thing's you would expect in a letter of recommendation, and
many of the things you would take for granted from any
successful realtor. What I would like to mention is that Phil
really does put the customer first !
Several years ago phil called me on a house he had listed, the
vendor was offering an assumable mortgage as well as very
little down. I snapped it up, rented ot out and two years
later I sold it to one of the tenants for a sizable profit.
This was predictable, so it must have occurred to phil to buy
it himself but he did'nt, his customer came first, it still
does, I hope you have the opportunity to discover this for
your self.

When selling my house I had numerous
agents over for appraisals and interviews. They all suggested a wide
variety of listing prices and of commissions. Philip Greenwood was
the last agent I had in my home and after meeting with him and
hearing what he had to say I had the impression that he was the most

over.He told me what he thought my house was worth not just the
